Your home should be a place where you feel safe and comfortable. We conduct comprehensive Home Safety Assessments to identify potential risks that may impact your mobility or increase the risk of falls. Through careful evaluation of your living environment, we will:
Assess accessibility and identify barriers to movement within the home
Evaluate safety in high-risk areas such as bathrooms, stairs, and hallways
Offer solutions for home modifications, such as ramps, grab bars, and improved lighting
Provide a formal list of recommendations to ensure your home supports your mobility and safety needs
Our goal is to help you create an environment that promotes both safety and independence, allowing you to move freely and confidently within your own space.

The Assistive Devices Program (ADP) is a funding program offered by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care to help individuals who require mobility devices for daily use. The program provides financial support for the purchase of various mobility aids, including:
Rollators
Manual and power wheelchairs

We are here to guide you through the ADP application process, ensuring that you understand the funding options available to you and submit an application if you are eligible.
