Through Elevate Mobility, she offers:

  • In-home assessments focused on safety and independence

  • Practical recommendations that can be applied right away

  • Guidance for caregivers to build confidence and reduce stress

  • Support with funding applications, including ADP

A Client-Centered Approach

Nicole believes that with the right strategies and support, people of all abilities can stay active and safe in their daily lives. Her goal is to provide practical, compassionate, and evidence-informed solutions that help clients remain comfortable in their homes while reducing risks for both clients and caregivers.

Nicole Deacon is a Registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO) and the founder of Elevate Mobility Occupational Therapy Solutions. She provides in-home OT services across Ottawa and Eastern Ontario, helping adults and older adults live safely and independently at home.

Nicole has a passion for supporting caregivers, promoting independence, and finding practical solutions that make everyday life easier. Her approach is collaborative and respectful—she works with clients and their families to identify challenges and explore meaningful solutions, whether that means adapting the home, recommending mobility equipment, or supporting access to government funding programs such as the Assistive Devices Program (ADP).
